We usually ship out orders on the same day it’s placed by 4 PM EST (Monday-Friday) and takes 2-3 business days to arrive. When the package is sent, we automatically send an order confirmation email. The email includes the tracking number which will allow you to track your package’s location If you somehow do not receive the email, please contact us and we will resend you the email.

Every country varies when it comes to custom fees and is not within our control. PaliRoots does not cover customs fees. PaliRoots also will not refund you the shipping cost if the package is rejected and comes back to our facility.

PaliRoots wants you to be thrilled with your items. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Our Palestinian Hospitality Guarantee covers you no matter what, you can return or exchange (Free) your item(s) with no questions asked within 14-Days of delivery as long as it’s unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Unfortunately, once an item is marked as final sale or last chance, it can neither be returned nor refunded. Final sale means no returns or exchanges are allowed.

2. Check with others: Check with household members, neighbors, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

3. Contact the delivery carrier: Get in touch with the delivery carrier (e.g., postal service, courier) and provide them with your tracking number. They might have additional information about the delivery.

4. Reach out to us: If the issue persists or you need further assistance, please contact our customer support team. Provide your order details and tracking number. We will do our best to help resolve the situation.

While we understand your frustration, it's important to note that once an order is marked as delivered, we cannot guarantee a reshipment.
