Covid-19 Statement & Shipping Delays
PaliRoots is committed to the health and well-being of our team members, partners, and loyal customers during these unprecedented times, as everyone faces new challenges and adapts to the situation we are facing as a society.
Please know that at PaliRoots, we are taking all the CDC-recommended steps at our headquarters and shipping facilities. These include the option for our employees to work from home and continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers.
Our teams are working overtime to ship your packages to our customers around the world, as quickly as possible.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days than normal shipping times during this extraordinary time.
We temporarily discontinued our economy shipping option due to the major delays with USPS. There are a shortage of workers causing major shipping delays for international customers.
We are currently offering premium shipping option such as FedEx as it's more reliable during these times. However, please note that there are slight delays even with FedEx.
Note: If you are waiting for your package since it's shipped via economy mail, please allow an additional 45-60 days to receive your package. Most of our customers are receiving their packages after 60 days. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
